938 exists so that every child has a church community where they can know Jesus, make healthy friendships, and find a place to belong.
We know that when you bring your kids to 938 Church, you are entrusting them to us to care for them. Our dedicated team of leaders and volunteers value your child, want them to enjoy their time, and most importantly, to experience the love of God. If you are new, here is what you need to know:
What we offer: a nursery for children up to 2, preschool for kids 2-5, and elementary for kids in K-5th grade.
When to arrive: Plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early (9:50am) to meet our Kids Greeter and get your child checked in.
Where to go: When you arrive, look for the 938 Kids Greeter at the Check-In to the right of the auditorium entrance.
Upon arrival: You will check-in your child using your phone number and our electronic system. You will receive a guardian tag with a code. If we need to contact you at anytime during a gathering, we will reach out to you via text message. To pick up your child, you must bring your guardian tag back to 938 Kids at the conclusion of the gathering.

Join us at Mainline Gymnastics for an hour of parent and kid play time! This is also a great opportunity for parents to come, have some coffee and meet other parents in our church. All are welcome!

Easter Egg Hunt
April 5, 11:30am
Join us Easter morning right after the gathering for a fun Easter Egg Hunt for the kids! All kids are welcome.
There will be plenty of eggs to find — including a few special golden eggs... with prizes for those who find them. Keep your eyes open!

Join us at an indoor playground for kids to play and parents to hang out together. Location coming soon! Register ahead of time.

FAQs
What is your volunteer safety policy?

All of our 938 Kids volunteers and staff members have a current PA child abuse clearance and criminal background check on file with 938 Church.
What if you need to reach me during the service?

As a part of the check-in process, we collect your phone number so that we can reach you at any time during the service. You will receive a text/call if you need to come and pick up your child for any reason.
You will check in your child into our electronic check-in system using an IPad. If you or your child is new to our system, you will include their name, your name, and a phone number for us to reach you if needed. If you have multiple children, you can sign them all in at once. You will receive a sticker that goes with your child, and a guardian tag that you will bring back to our volunteers to pick up your child. The guardian tag matches the code on your child’s sticker.

You can let us know at check-in, as well as fill out our simple New Family form, which will include allergies and any other information you would like to share with us so we can care for your child.

We use curriculum that focus on the teachings of the Bible, and specifically on Jesus, and his love and care for your child. Our approach is to help children engage with the Bible, learn about God, and do so together.
