Congratulations! You have taken your next step in creating safe, transforming, missional environments where people can know and love Jesus Christ. This is our strategy as a church, but more importantly, this is how Jesus modeled His ministry. 

Our 938 Groups are crucial environments where people can grow in their faith, find a place to belong and serve one another. And, you get a front row seat in seeing lives change! 

As you embark on this journey, complete the initial 938 Leader Training below. We will be adding resources and group training materials to this page as we journey together, but in the meantime, please watch all of the training videos – about 45 minutes total – and review the “Ten Commandments of Small Group Environments” and the 938 Leadership Covenant also found below. 

When you have completed the Leader Training videos and prayerfully reviewed the 938 leadership covenant, please email your signed covenant to Zachb@938.church.
